You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase, and the information you provide is accurate, correct, and complete.

Each use of the Service requires the expenditure of one token. Tokens are a form of virtual currency that allows users to access and utilise specific features of the Kolorize service. The token system is designed to ensure fair usage and provide users with a seamless experience.
Tokens are non-transferable and can only be used within the Kolorize service for the intended purposes as defined by the features and functionalities offered by Kolorize.
Users understand and agree that the consumption of tokens is mandatory for availing the services of the Kolorize platform. By using the Service, users acknowledge that tokens will be automatically deducted from their account upon each use of the service.
Trigon Tech Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify or adjust the token usage system, including but not limited to the number of tokens required for each service use, at its sole discretion. Such changes may be implemented without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to remain updated on the latest token consumption guidelines.
Tokens can be acquired through purchase on the Kolorize platform. We may offer different token packages, each containing a specified number of tokens, at varying prices.
The user agrees that the purchase of tokens is entirely voluntary and optional. Users are not obligated to buy tokens to access the Kolorize service, as certain free features or services may be available.
Tokens can be acquired using third-party payment services integrated into the Kolorize platform. Users may need to provide personal and financial information to complete the transaction, and such data will be subject to the respective third-party payment service provider's privacy policy.
Trigon Tech Sdn Bhd does not store or process any sensitive payment information provided during token purchases. All payment transactions are handled directly by the third-party payment service provider, and users are encouraged to review their terms and conditions and privacy policy before making any purchase.
The token packages offered on the Kolorize platform may be subject to change at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, modifications in the number of tokens per package, the pricing, and the availability of specific packages.
In the event of changes to token packages, We will make reasonable efforts to inform users through the Kolorize platform. Users are encouraged to check for updates regularly to stay informed about any modifications to token offerings.
Trigon Tech Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, or disputes arising from changes made to the token packages or the unavailability of specific packages.
Tokens bought are generally non-refundable. However, in certain exceptional cases where there is a problem with the third-party payment gateway or a technical issue with our platform resulting in the non-crediting of tokens or any other technical discrepancies, we will consider refund requests.
To be eligible for a refund, users must meet the following conditions:
If you encounter issues during the payment process that result in your payment being processed but the tokens not being credited to your account, you may be eligible for a refund.
In case you experience technical glitches or errors within our platform that lead to the loss of purchased tokens, you may be eligible for a refund.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the aforementioned conditions, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at info@trigontech.my within 14 days from the date of the issue. In your email, please provide detailed information regarding the problem you encountered, including the date and time of the transaction, the amount purchased, and any error messages you received.
Our team will investigate the matter thoroughly to verify the issue and determine whether you are eligible for a refund.
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within a reasonable time frame. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
Please note that We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above. Additionally, we will not be responsible for any issues arising from your end, such as providing incorrect payment information or not abiding by the terms and conditions of our platform.
Kolorize may update or modify this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website. Please review this section regularly to stay informed about any updates.
By purchasing tokens from Kolorize, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this refund policy.
The Kolorize service allows you to post, link, store, share, and make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other materials ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content you post on or through the Kolorize service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content on or through the Kolorize service, you represent and warrant that you own the Content or have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms. You also warrant that your Content does not violate the rights of any person or entity, including privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, or contract rights. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright.
You retain all rights to your Content, and you are responsible for protecting those rights. However, by posting Content using the Kolorize service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content through the service. Trigon Tech Sdn Bhd has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit all Content provided by users.
You may use the Kolorize service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service:
i. In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
ii. For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
iii. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
iv. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Kolorize, a Kolorize employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
v. In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
vi. To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Kolorize service or may harm or offend Company or users of the service.
Additionally, you agree not to:
i. Use the Kolorize service in a manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the service or interfere with any other party's use of the service, including their ability to engage in real-time activities through the service.
ii. Use any automated means or devices to access the service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any material on the service.
iii. Use any manual process to monitor or copy any material on the service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
iv. Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the service.
v. Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
vi. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the service or any server, computer, or database connected to the service.
vii. Attack the service through a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
viii. Take any action that may damage or falsify Company ratings.
ix. Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the service.
The Kolorize service is intended for individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. By accessing or using our service, you warrant and represent that you are at least eighteen years of age and have the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this agreement and abide by all the terms and conditions of these Terms. If you are not at least eighteen years old, you are prohibited from accessing and using the Kolorize service without parental guidance and monitoring.
When you create an account with us, you must be above the age of 18, and the information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current at all times. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password, restricting access to your account and computer.
You agree to be responsible for all activities under your account, whether performed by you or any third-party using your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any security breach or unauthorised use of your account.
You may not use a username that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene, or use the name of another person or entity without appropriate authorization. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
All content generated through Kolorize API or User Interface, including images, text, and data, belongs to the user who submitted the content for processing. Trigon Tech Sdn Bhd and its licensors do not claim any ownership rights to this content.
The Kolorize service, including its original content, features, and functionality, remains the exclusive property of Trigon Tech Sdn Bhd and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Malaysia and foreign countries. Use of our trademarks and trade dress without our prior written consent is prohibited.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Trigon Tech Sdn Bhd makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the service or the information, content, or materials included therein. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.
Trigon Tech Sdn Bhd disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. The service may not be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or harmful components.
Except as prohibited by law, you will hold Trigon Tech Sdn Bhd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damage, arising from the use of the Kolorize service. Trigon Tech Sdn Bhd's liability will be limited to the amount paid for the products and/or services, and under no circumstances will there be consequential or punitive damages.
Trigon Tech Sdn Bhd may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Kolorize service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including a breach of these Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using Kolorize.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Trigon Tech Sdn Bhd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or modify the Kolorize service and these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the service after any revisions become effective constitutes your agreement to be bound by the updated Terms.
